About Idun

Idun Group is an independent AI consultancy. We measure how AI is actually used inside our clients, from the logs their platforms already produce, then help them industrialise what works. More than 40 AI assessments in a year; our references include LVMH and L'Oréal. It is tooled consulting: our software, Idun Cockpit, measures real usage, then we say what to industrialise, consolidate or cut. Our team is small, the problems are real, and the work compounds.

What we're looking for in an open application

We do not hire against a job description if the person is clearly the right fit. But "right fit" at Idun is specific. We are a technical company building technical products for technical buyers. Everyone on the team can explain what a LangGraph node does, what OIDC means for a multi-tenant agent deployment, and why OpenTelemetry matters for production observability. If that sentence made sense to you, you are probably in the right place.

We are particularly interested in people who have done something genuinely hard in one of these areas: production AI/ML systems, open-source infrastructure, enterprise pre-sales for technical products, developer experience and documentation, or applied AI governance. "Genuinely hard" means: you shipped it, it broke, you fixed it, and you understand why it broke.

An open application that works is specific, not general. Tell us what you would do here, not what you could do, but what you would actually do in the first 90 days. Tell us what is broken or missing in the enterprise AI agent ecosystem that you know how to fix. That is what we are reading for.

How we hire

1

First call

30 min

With Geoffrey, co-founder and Chief Product Officer. We talk culture, motivation and scope. No technical test, no trick questions, just a real conversation to see if the context is the right fit for you.

2

Technical deep-dive

90 min

Code or architecture review, role-specific. No LeetCode. We work through a real problem we would actually solve together. The goal is to see how you think, not whether you memorize algorithms.

3

Founder round

60 min

Values, long-term vision, your questions about the company. We want you to join with full context, risks included, ambitions shared.

4

Offer

≤ 1 week

Written, with the salary range published in the posting, equity grant, and start date. No surprises, no artificial pressure to accept quickly.
