These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of idun-group.com, published by Idun Group. By browsing this site, you accept these Terms in full.
The site is freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection. Connection and hardware costs remain at your charge.
Idun Group endeavours to keep the site available but cannot be held liable for interruptions related to maintenance, the hosting provider or force majeure.
Idun Group offers: (i) Idun Engine, an open-source runtime for AI agents, distributed under the GNU GPL 3.0 licence and downloadable separately; (ii) Idun Platform, a proprietary control plane for deploying and governing enterprise AI agents, offered under contract; (iii) Idun Services, advisory, integration and delivery engagements.
Contractual terms specific to each engagement are set out in a dedicated quote and purchase order. In case of conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
Use of Idun Engine is governed exclusively by the GNU GPL 3.0 licence distributed with the source code.
Unless otherwise stated, all content published on idun-group.com (text, images, video, logos, illustrations, code) is the property of Idun Group. Any reproduction or reuse beyond the legal scope of short quotations requires prior written authorisation.
Trademarks, logos and trade names of partners, clients and supporters (Wilco, IMT Starter, Polytechnique X-UP, La French Tech, and others) remain the property of their respective holders.
