Not one more AI audit. An audit of your real usage.

Your teams already use Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or in-house agents. We combine interviews with your teams and an analysis of your usage by our tool, Idun Cockpit, to tell you where your AI creates value, what it costs you and what to do next.

The audit answers three questions

  • UsageWhere AI really helps, team by team
  • ROIWhat it costs and what it returns
  • StrategyWhat to scale, what to cut, who to train

Idun Cockpit stays with you and keeps measuring.

AI is already running in your company. Nobody knows what it returns.

Licences paid for that nobody opens, use cases that work in one team while the others never hear of them, agents that consume without anyone checking the result. Before investing more, you need to know what the AI already in place actually does.

20 to 40%

of the AI licences paid for go unused, across the estates we analyse.

Three questions, answers with their source.

Usage

Where AI really helps

Team by team: the use cases that run, the ones running out of steam, and the ones nobody had spotted.

ROI

What it costs, what it returns

Per use case: the licences you pay for set against the usage observed, and the time given back to your teams.

Strategy

What to do next

What to scale, what to consolidate, what to cut, who to train on what. And who decides what.

Every finding carries its source: "measured" when the data establishes it, "declared" when it comes from an interview. The audit also says what it could not see.

Interviews and data. Never one instead of the other.

A consultancy stops at the interviews: it knows what teams say, not what they do. A tool stops at the counters: it knows what they do, not why. We do both, and the gap between them is where the decision lies.

  1. 01

    Interviews

With the IT department and the business units: goals, pain points, intentions. The tool does not replace them, it makes them factual.

  2. 02

    Idun Cockpit

Our tool reads the logs and exports your platforms already produce. Nothing to install on workstations, no re-instrumentation.

  3. 03

    Deliverable

The debrief to your leadership: usage, ROI, strategy. The cost of acting, the cost of doing nothing, then the trade-offs.

  4. 04

    Continuous steering

Idun Cockpit stays with you and keeps measuring your usage: your decisions follow it.

One engagement, then a tool that stays.

The engagement

The audit of your real AI usage

A fixed-scope engagement, analysis included. Its scope is set in a first conversation, based on the size of your organisation and the tools in place.

  • Interviews with your teams and your leadership
  • Analysis of your usage by Idun Cockpit
  • Debrief: usage, ROI, strategy
If you keep the tool

Continuous steering

Idun Cockpit stays installed after the audit. Your indicators keep updating, and we revisit the trade-offs when usage shifts.

  • Usage and costs tracked over time
  • New use cases spotted as they appear
  • Licence decisions at renewal time

After the debrief

Who executes. Your teams, your integrators or a partner. We do not build the use cases we recommend, and we can help you choose who takes them on.

Who to train, on what. The analysis identifies who needs upskilling, and on which precise topics: the plan comes from real conversations, not from a standard programme. We do not deliver the training ourselves.

Usage, never people.

Nothing to install on workstations

We start from the logs and exports you already produce, on the platforms you administer. Exports handed over or a read-only connection: the exact setup is decided at scoping.

Aggregated by team and by tool

Results are aggregated by team and by tool, never by person. The exact status of the processing is validated with your data protection officer.

In France, or on your premises

Your data stays in France, at Scaleway in Paris. If your security policy requires it, the analysis runs within your own perimeter.

We sell neither the agents, nor the agent platform, nor the training we recommend: the analysis serves your decision, not a catalogue.

What we get asked before we start.

How much does an audit cost?

No pricing is published. The audit is a fixed-scope engagement, calibrated to the size of your organisation and the tools in place. The quote follows a first scoping conversation and is given in a meeting.

What stays with us after the audit?

The debrief, and Idun Cockpit: the tool used to measure stays installed and keeps tracking your usage. You can also stop at the debrief.

Do logs really show what teams do?

Not on their own. Logs give the facts: who uses what, how much, at what cost. Interviews give the intent and the context. The audit is the combination of the two.

We already have our vendor's dashboard. Why go further?

That dashboard covers its vendor's perimeter. We bring a view across several tools at once, which lets you compare the same use case from one tool to another and decide where to scale it.

Do we need to install anything?

No. We start from the logs and exports your platforms already produce, installing nothing on workstations and without re-instrumentation. Exports handed over or a read-only connection: the exact setup is decided in the scoping meeting.

Do you analyse what each employee does?

No. We analyse usage: the content of the logs is analysed to find the use cases, and the results are aggregated by team and by tool, never by person. The exact status of the processing is validated with your data protection officer.

Why not a large consultancy?

A generalist consultancy does AI among everything else. We do only this, and the analysis is tooled: it is faster and more factual.
