Open Application — Idun Group

TL;DR: Don't see a role that fits? Tell us what you'd bring to Idun. We're a small team building a serious product in a fast-moving space. If you have a clear idea of where you'd plug in and why, we want to hear from you.

About Idun

Idun Group builds the operating foundation for enterprise AI agents. We develop Idun Engine (open source, GPL 3.0) — the self-hosted runtime that puts LangGraph and Google ADK agents in production — and Idun Platform, the governance and observability control plane for multi-agent enterprise deployments. Our clients are large European enterprises. Our team is small, the problems are real, and the work compounds.

What we're looking for in an open application

We do not hire against a job description if the person is clearly the right fit. But "right fit" at Idun is specific. We are a technical company building technical products for technical buyers. Everyone on the team can explain what a LangGraph node does, what OIDC means for a multi-tenant agent deployment, and why OpenTelemetry matters for production observability. If that sentence made sense to you, you are probably in the right place.

We are particularly interested in people who have done something genuinely hard in one of these areas: production AI/ML systems, open-source infrastructure, enterprise pre-sales for technical products, developer experience and documentation, or applied AI governance. "Genuinely hard" means: you shipped it, it broke, you fixed it, and you understand why it broke.

An open application that works is specific, not general. Tell us what you would do here — not what you could do, but what you would actually do in the first 90 days. Tell us what is broken or missing in the enterprise AI agent ecosystem that you know how to fix. That is what we are reading for.
